bf with benson. eat little cos
wanted to trim down.
after tat went to library to watch some videos.
chanced upon LARRY BIRD de legend video.
watched it, at first was amazed by his passing, after tat was dozing off.
very tired recently.
after tat, meet foen, steven, xianglin at mac for lunch.
lili siaosiao for awhile then went over to play dota at benson stopover.
then off to gym again!
treating it like my frequent hangouts nowadays.
trained my abs this time round. hope to see some results soon.
then off to training. no training in e end of bo lang turn up.
damn sian. then do some drills with some younger bunch of ppl.
then have dinner, bathed... blog, later slp.
